What is the cause of Unknown HTTP status (400) - abort when using remote voting?

If you see the 400 error when logging in as the admin of remote voting, it's likely to be a network issue.

  

 

This can be caused by using a VPN or by security on a corporate network. Try working directly rather than via the VPN and if the issue persists, try a different network such as the hotspot from a phone.
